Alicura Reservoir

Winter Fishing Year-Round Fly Fishing
Located about 1.5 hours from downtown Bariloche via a scenic mountain road, on the upper Limay River between Río Negro and Neuquén provinces. Thanks to its unique regulations, Alicurá stays open all year — one of the few spots in Patagonia where you can fish for trophy rainbow and brown trout even in winter.
